The paper is widely used as electrical insulation wrap on aluminum and copper wires by conductor and DPC wire manufacturers, electrical insulation between layers of wound coils in electrical motors, in capacitors, transformers and other electrical equipment.

We offer the paper in natural brown finish in rolls in the thickness of 1.50Mil, 2.0Mil, 2.5Mil, 3.0MiI, 4.0 Mil and 5.0MiI.

DIAMOND DOTTED PAPER

Diamond Dotted Paper is an advanced electrical insulation material made from high-quality insulating paper coated with diamond-shaped epoxy resin dots on both sides. The epoxy resin contains a special insulating hardener, and in its untreated form, it remains dry and crisp at normal room temperatures (below 35°C).

Upon heat curing, the resin solidifies, giving the paper excellent dielectric and mechanical properties. Diamond Dotted Paper is widely used as an insulating layer for coils and between windings in oilimmersed power and distribution transformers, providing reliable thermal and electrical insulation performance.
